ID Card Slot Punches, Slot punches for ID Cards, Badge Hole Punch

Definition of a Slot Punch:
A slot puncher (known also as a hole punch, pvc puncher, rectangle punch) is a common office tool that is used to create slots in pvc cards. Often for the purpose of slotting the card so that it can be worn with a pvc badge holder.

Our slot punches come in four different styles. Hand Held Punches, Stapler Style Slot Punches and Electric Slot Punches.

Hand held slot punches that are made for long term use but can be hard on the users hand if slotting multiple cards in a day. These punches can also be customized with 1-3 letters, numbers or small characters.

Stapler Style Slot Punches are extremely popular and are made for a low to medium volume slotting. If you are slotting multiple cards in a day these punches are easy to use, light weight and sit on your desk top for convenience.

Our most popular is the TS-102 which is a three in one slot punch. With this slot punch you can punch a round hole, a slot for ID badges or round corners.

Table Slot Punches are made for high volume punching. The Table slot punches have a larger base than the stapler style slot punches and slot your id card by pulling down a lever which sends the dye down to cut the slot in the card. These table punches have adjustments to adjust the depth of the slot as well as adjustments to align the slot vertically or horizontally.

Our TD-102 Desk top punch is made in the USA and manufactured locally in Lynnwood, WA. It is one of our most popular punches made for high volume. We use this slot punch in our bureau service and have had it for over 5 years without any issues.

Electric Slot punches are made for high volume printing. They feature adjustable guides and can slot up to .040” thick. These Electric Punches hace a hand and foot switch for activation and have a one year warranty.
